SD57 Parent Concerned With 15 Passenger Vans Used To Transport Students

PRINCE GEORGE – A local parent rang the alarm bells just days before the van crash involving the College Heights girls volleyball team on Highway 97 near Cache Creek.

The parent says the 15 passenger vans have a history of rolling over and in some other provinces, the use of a 15 passenger van to transport students is not permitted.

The parent is looking for a policy change within School District 57 to ban the use of 15 passenger vans to transport students.
