Team Norah Hoping The Third Time’s The Charm

PRINCE GEORGE – The Hubcity Volkswagen parking lot turned into a sea of purple on Sunday as many from around Prince George came together for Team Norah. Norah is a four-year-old girl battling the genetic disease of Cystic Fibrosis. According to Cystic Fibrosis Canada, roughly 430 people in BC alone are living with CF and Norah’s Team hopes to paint the city purple by raising awareness and money to one day find a cure. This is the third time the event has been put together by family friends and the group is hoping to beat last years fundraiser by surpassing the total of $5,000 raised. Although this is a one-day event, donations are always welcomed through Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
