CNC Shows Pride with Rainbow Crosswalk

A symbol of inclusiveness is now painted on the parking lot at the College of New Caledonia.

The school unveiled a rainbow crosswalk in its main parking lot this morning.

PG Pride Society member Susan Trabant says “the rainbow crosswalk symbolizes the inclusion that CNC and Prince George deem as a vital part of our community.”

The unveiling of the third rainbow crosswalk in the city coincides with Pride month.  City wide festivities are set for Saturday July 7th.  CNC will celebrate by raising a Pride flag along with the one that will fly at city hall on July 4th.
