Fire Training At YXS This Week

PRINCE GEORGE – If you see dark smoke in the vicinity of the Prince George airport over the next couple of days, don’t panic.
Controlled fire training that was scheduled last week, but cancelled due to an Air Advisory, has been rescheduled to this week.
Training is scheduled to take place on Wednesday and Thursday from 10 am to 1 pm, as part of an ongoing recurrent fire training and certification.
If an Air Advisory goes into effect, the training will be cancelled.
