Property Theft Spikes Along 15th Avenue

PRINCE GEORGE – Local RCMP say they’ve seen a large increase in property thefts over the past two weeks along 15th Avenue. More than 40 property crimes including break and enters, vehicle thefts and mischief have been reported between Victoria Street and Foothills Boulevard. Bike and motorcycle thefts have also occurred along this area. Property thefts have also occurred along Spruce Street between 15th and 20th Avenue, around hotels in downtown, and sheds and garages throughout the city. Police are reminding the public to secure their property to prevent any theft. If anyone has information about these property crimes, contact the Prince George RCMP at 250-561-3300.
