Number 7 Scores Number 8 For New UNBC Soccer Record

The Record Books at UNBC are being updated again this week after Women’s Soccer Striker Paige Payne set a new record for goals in a season with 8. The penalty shot strike was one of three goals the third year Timberwolf scored over the weekend against the MacEwen Griffins. Number 7 for UNBC has had quite the week, as she now also leads the CanWest in goals and earned the second star of the week from the league, something a UNBC Women’s Soccer player has never done.
