PRINCE GEORGE — As the province rolls out its Clean BC plan, homebuilders have already been working to meet the new guidelines.

Under the guidelines announced by Premier John Horgan yesterday, every new building constructed in BC will need to be “net-zero energy ready” by 2032.

According to the Canadian Homebuilders Association of Northern BC, those targets may be harder to meet due to the cold winter months.
