Gingerbread Masterpieces On Display At CNC

PRINCE GEORGE- It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the College as one of the final projects of the year for the professional cook students gets underway. It’s an annual tradition at CNC. Both classes spend hours drafting and constructing gingerbread houses. Some are already on display in the library and the other half will be completed by Friday. They’ll be there until the 21st and library staff say they create quite a buzz on campus because of their elaborate designs.
