Homicide Investigation In Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE – Around 5 pm on Friday night, multiple officers from the Prince George RCMP responded to a report of possible shots fired. 

The suspected shots came from the 700 block of Johnson Street where officers found a man outside a residence suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound.

The 30-year-old male was taken to the hospital where he died a short time later. 

No suspects were located at that time. 

The Prince George RCMP Serious Crime Unit has been called in to lead the homicide investigation.
