PRINCE GEORGE - The Spruce Kings came into game four of their first-round series with a three-game lead, hoping to sweep the Coquitlam Express and moving on to the next step of the title chase.

Unfortunately for the Kings, the Express who had been backed into a corner came to play last night.

Express forward Chase Danol was the main reason that his team had to get back on the bus to Prince George. Danol tallied a hat-trick in the game to send the series back to Prince George.

Express Goalie Clay Stevenson had a strong performance as well, making 31 saves in the shutout win.

The Spruce Kings will try to close out the series again tomorrow at 7 p.m. at the Rolling Mix Concrete Arena.
