PRINCE GEORGE- This past weekend was marked a weekend of wellness by the Lhedli T’enneh first nation. It featured various workshops, presentations and performances all to promote togetherness in the community.

The Khast’an Drummers were just one of the many performers taking part in the Lheidli T’enneh wellness gathering at the Uda Dune Baiyoh building. The weekend was a way for not only the Lhedli T’enneh community to come together but also surrounding first nation communities.

Open workshops for people to participate in included tie blanket making, fish net making, syllabics, a health panel, and a presentation by PG Urban Aboriginal Justice Society.
