April is Daffodil Month

PRINCE GEORGE – A new flag is gracing City Hall this month.
Representatives of the City and the Canadian Cancer Society were on hand to raise the Society’s flag, where it will stay for the month of April. Daffodils will be sold through the month of April to raise money for cancer research. One in every two Canadians is expected to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime and Sandra Blackwell says the daffodil represents strength and hope, something she can attest to personally.
