PRINCE GEORGE – Mary Ellen Sandford-Bartlett submitted photos of a mother bear and her three cubs taking a walk in Cottonwood Island Park on Monday to our Share Your News feature.

“What a treat,” she told CKPG Today, adding that her family was all “social distanced.”

Sandford-Barlett is vising Prince George from Saltspring Island and says the encounter made her visit here “very special.”
