PRINCE GEORGE — The first phase of Prince George’s newest commercial hub is nearing completion.

Caribou Crossing is located at the intersection of Highway 97 and Boundary Road.

Developers Troika Management Corp says it’s a prime location with an ability to attract a diverse audience due to steady highway and airport traffic.

Secured tenants include Subway and Canco gas with a coffee company pending. Troika Management says further phases are planned for the location.

“The journey at Caribou Crossing doesn’t end with Phase 1A. We are excited to announce the upcoming phases—1B, 2, and 3—each offering build-to-suit opportunities tailored to meet the specific needs of your business,” says the company in a social media post.

“Whether you envision a new flagship location, convenient drive-thru, restaurant, brewery, showroom, retail storefront, recreation, or professional spaces, Caribou Crossing is equipped to accommodate a wide range of commercial uses.”
