A Busy Noon Hour For Firefighters

PRINCE GEORGE – Local firefighters were doing  double  duty  yesterday. Crews were called to two separate fires just  before  noon ,starting  with  a  home in the 13 hundred block of  Ewert Street .  A  pot left on a stove  caused  an estimated $200,000 damage. There  were  no injuries. Damage is pegged at  $250,000 after fire broke out  in a  fourplex  in the 38  hundred block of  Westwood  Drive . No one was hurt.  The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
