Local Mounties Continue to Search For Prohibited Drivers

PRINCE GEORGE – Local Mounties continue to search for prohibited drivers in our city, following another arrest last week.

A man known to be banned from driving in the province was stopped at a traffic stop after being seen near 3rd Avenue and George Street.

After his court appearance, he was found guilty and sentenced to 14 days in jail with probation and was given another driving ban.

Police say they’ve charged over 100 people who were prohibited from driving in the last three years.
