Alcohol Sales Destined For Farmer’s Market

The Prince George Farmer’s Market is always looking for new vendors and recent changes to provincial legislation are making that easier.

Local alcohol vendors are looking to sell their products at the Farmer’s Market.

“Hopefully by the Fall, for sure,” says Phil Myatovic of the Prince George Farmer’s Market. “We’ve given them a lot of time and it’s up to them and the City as to how to finalize this. It’s contentious compared to other products we have at the market, but it’s a go. Other markets are selling alcoholic beverages as well.”

The Farmer’s Market even has a booth set aside for the vendors when they get the all-clear.
