RCMP Investigating Aggravated Assault

PRINCE GEORGE- A Prince George man is in hospital after suffering from what police say is an aggravated assault. The family of 57-year-old Andrew Bower allege in a statement on Facebook that he was attacked in his own home and is now a quadriplegic and could be on life support for the remainder of his life.  RCMP say the incident happened on May 5th in a home on the 2100 block of Upland Street. An investigation led them to a 30-year-old suspect, who was known to the victim.  He will appear in court next month.
