PRINCE GEORGE- A Prince George man is in hospital after suffering from what police say is an aggravated assault. The family of 57-year-old Andrew Bower allege in a statement on Facebook that he was attacked in his own home and is now a quadriplegic and could be on life support for the remainder of his life. RCMP say the incident happened on May 5th in a home on the 2100 block of Upland Street. An investigation led them to a 30-year-old suspect, who was known to the victim. He will appear in court next month. Police don’t believe the alleged attack was random and say the public is not at risk. If you have any information on this crime please contact the Prince George RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
