City Parks Get Prepped For Winter

PRINCE GEORGE – With winter around the corner, seasonal park closures will begin Wednesday.

Connaught Hill and Carrie Jane Gray Parks will be closed to vehicle traffic starting in the evening at 9 pm.

Before the snow falls, the roadway leading up to Connaught Hill will be accessible by foot.

City crews are also working on winterizing some public washroom facilities including the ones at Duchess Park and Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park.
