Late Night House Fire

PRINCE GEORGE – At approximately 11 pm Friday night Fire Rescue crews from three different Prince George halls responded to a confirmed structure fire on Shady Lane road. 

When rescue crews arrived, the single-family home was found with light smoke coming from the front door and roof. The fire was quickly located and extinguished. 

There was moderate damage to the home but no damage estimates are available at this time. 

When the fire occurred the home was occupied and one occupant suffered injuries due to smoke.
