P.G. RCMP arrest armed robbery suspects

PRINCE GEORGE — Mounties have arrested two suspects following an armed robbery this morning in Prince George.

Prince George RCMP Cpl. Sonja Blom says the incident occurred just after 9:30 a.m. at a local business near the corner of 8th Avenue and Ahbau Street.

“It was reported that a male, with a mask covering his face, had entered the store and brandished a knife,” she says.

Blom says police attended the area and arrested a 35-year-old woman. She says a 34-year-old man was arrested within an hour in the 2600 block of Upland Street.
