Crews douse Peter Road shed fire

PRINCE GEORGE — Prince George Fire Rescue made quick work of a shed fire in the 8500 block of Peter Road.

Crews responded at 7 p.m. last night to find a 10 foot by 10 foot shed fully involved.

“The fire was quickly extinguished by fire personnel,” says Assistant Fire Chief Denis Poulin. “One lone occupant of the home at the time of the fire got out safely.”

He says the fire did cause minor damage to the mobile home and estimates damages at $10,000.
