Workshop to help new parents navigate online health information

PRINCE GEORGE–The Prince George Public Library, Northern Medical Program and University of Northern BC are teaming up to give new parents a hand when it comes to navigating the world of online health information.

Exploring Health Information for New Parents will take place at the Bob Harkins Branch on March 11 from 2 – 3 p.m. and April 7 from 12:15 – 1:15 p.m.

The one hour workshop will educate parents on how to find, evaluate and apply the information found online. Registration is available online. Children are welcome and activities will be provided.
