RCMP continue search for missing PG man

PRINCE GEORGE–RCMP continue to search for a missing man who was last seen on April 6.

53-year-old Stephen Brett Dobson of Prince George was last seen on April 6th 2020, and was last spoken to on April 10th. RCMP say Dobson was reported missing on April 22.

Police had since asked for the public’s assistance in finding him, however in a recent release by the Prince George RCMP they say that the information that has been provided has yet to lead them to Dobson’s where-a-bouts.

Investigators have learned that Dobson often spends time outdoors and may have driven down a forest service road in the area, particularly towards Fort St. James, B.C.

Police say Dobson is known to frequent Northern Alberta, including Fort McMurray.

Dobson is described as:

  • White male
  • 6’0″
  • Greying short buzzed hair, possibly with a goatee
  • Brown eyes

PG RCMP say Dobson is associated with a Dodge D-350 pick-up truck bearing B.C. license plate EF2464, the vehicle is unaccounted for at this time.
