The wood debris will be burnt along West lake Estates Rd. from the 21st periodically until the spring of 2021. A release by the BC Wildfire Service (BCWS) says that it is possible for smoke to be visible in Prince George and surrounding areas while the burning takes place.

“The decision on when to start burning will depend on weather and site conditions. Such burns are only conducted when conditions are suitable.”–Release by BCWS

BCWS along with BC Timber Sales personnel will be on-site to control and monitor the fires.
