CKPG PRINCE GEORGE- RCMP suspect arson was behind a shop fire early Monday morning at a rural property in the 5000 block of Purdue Road East.
The large detached shop was fully involved by the time front line workers arrived . The homeowner says they personally extinguished a smaller fire underneath the front deck of the home.
There are currently no suspects. Police are encouraging anyone in the area with surveillance facing the road to look at their footage between 3:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on February 15 and to advise police if there is any unusual activity caught by their cameras.
