Glen “Moose” Scott passes away

ckpgPRINCE GEORGE — Long-time Prince George resident Glen “Moose” Scott has passed away at the age of 75 after a battle with cancer.

Scott was elected to Prince George City Council on two occasions and was an inductee into the Prince George Sports Hall of Fame.

Scott was inducted in 2014 as a builder/administrator with the sport of lacrosse having founded the Prince George Senior Lacrosse Association.

He also contributed to the sport at the provincial and national levels.

Scott worked in sales for many years for a variety of organizations and was sports director at CJCI 620 AM radio in the 1970’s.
