Snow in the forecast for Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE — Snow is on the way for Prince George.

Environment Canada says five to 10 centimetres is expected to fall tonight.

There’s also a snow warning in effect for Pine Pass and Highway 97 with about 15 centimetres of the white stuff expected to fall.

The snow will ease to flurries tomorrow in the Pine Pass with snow expected to return tomorrow night in Prince George.

It all looks temporary however as Environment Canada is calling for rain and a high of 8 on Sunday in the city.
