Bank robbery suspects arrested

PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George RCMP have arrested two suspects in relation to a robbery at Spruce Credit Union.

Cst. Jennifer Cooper says today (Mar.3) at 1:30 p.m., Mounties received a report that two suspects left the Spruce Credit Union at 879 Victoria Street after demanding cash from a teller.

She says RCMP members and Police Dog Services immediately flooded the area and within 30 minutes, they had two suspects in custody. Both have been taken to police headquarters for processing.
