PRINCE GEORGE — A pepper spray incident at Pine Centre Mall has police seeking the public’s help.
It happened just before noon on Monday (April 12). RCMP say officers on scene spoke to two youth victims who say a male wearing a balaclava, and a baseball hat came up to where their group was standing and sprayed bear spray into the group, catching two of the youth directly.
