Thousands of COVID cases over the weekend

PRINCE GEORGE – B.C. is reporting 2,491 new cases of COVID-19 over the weekend, bringing BC’s total to 126,249 cases.
Of the new cases, 104 were in Northern Health, bringing this region’s total to 7,080.
There are 484 people in hospital due to the virus, with 158 in Intensive Care.
Unfortunately, there have been 17 deaths over the weekend. That brings the total number of people who passed from COVID to 1,571.
