TYH: How to choose the best sunglasses

PRINCE GEORGE – If you’re picking out a new pair of sunglasses, research done by McGill University has shown protection isn’t necessarily better the more you spend.

Add that with the new and evolving technology, the proper UV protection has gotten cheaper over the years.

The owner of Stride and Glide Sports, Shayne Hoehn says proper protection is always important no matter how much time you spend in the sun.

Since COVID-19 took over the world, studies have shown more people have been going outdoors more often, and potentially been exposed to more sunshine than normal.
