No sunny weather in the forecast as the province reopens to travel

PRINCE GEORGE – This week the provincial health officer reopened travel within B.C. Before taking that trip outside your health region, it is best to check the forecast as there is only one area of the province that forecasts rays of sunshine.

According to Professor of Environmental Science UNBC Dr. Peter Jackson, the sunny and warm region of the province for the next ten days will be the south coast.

The forecast for our area has a few days of sunny warm weather. But that’s expected to be short-lived as more rain is expected.
