Severe thunderstorm watch issued for Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE – Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for the Prince George area .

Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain. Severe thunderstorms will possibly develop later this morning into the early afternoon.
