Heat Alert issued for the Prince George Region

PRINCE GEORGE – Environment Canada has put the Prince George region on heat alert.

A strengthening ridge of high pressure will bring rising temperatures to interior BC on Friday through Sunday night. Daytime high temperatures are expected to reach the low to mid 30’s with overnight lows in the low to mid teens.

Heat warnings may be issued for some regions.
