44 teams compete in ConnectPG’s ‘Grand Race’
PRINCE GEORGE—More than 100 people spent hours use their wits and strength to complete a series of clues hidden all around Prince George. It was part of ConnectPG’s Grand Race, giving players the chance to explore parks and get to know more about organizations in our community.
44 teams of all ages were competing in the Grand Race that took them across the entire city. Armed with only their brains, brawns, and a passport to mark down what they’ve completed, teams set out to solve clues placed in 14 parks.
“I don’t know if I would say I’m good. I can sometimes do it, I sometimes can’t. It’s one of those things where sometimes you know you’ll get a riddle and sometimes it’s a minute, I got it. Sometimes it’s ‘this is completely incomprehensible to me. So we’ll see as we go,” said Issak Andal, Race Participant.
