Government of B.C. and CMHA BC teaming up to combat mental health during tough times
PRINCE GEORGE– Wildfires in B.C. have caused a lot of problems. With over 200 wildfires currently burning in the province and 12,825 properties on evacuation alert, it can get challenging and stressful in these tricky situations.
In response to this the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) and the government of B.C. are working together to coordinate and strengthen resources to help people cope with these tough circumstances.
They suggest 3 main tips to help “steady ourselves” and help our Mental Health.
