The Best Damn Music Festival postponed
PRINCE GEORGE — New COVID-19 public health restrictions have forced the postponement of this weekend’s The Best Damn Music Festival.
The event will instead take place August 12 and 13, 2022. Organizers say headliners Brett Kissell and Dean Brody will be here while the rest of the lineup will be announced soon.
A news release states, “The increasing and new restrictions laid out by health officials due to the rising COVID-19 cases in the Northern Health region have made running our event in a safe and successful manner impossible. This is of course not where we want to be. We want to be safe, compliant and not be a burden to the regional healthcare system, therefore we have concluded to not move forward at this time.”
