PRINCE GEORGE – Today is the first day of the Equinox and Prince George has been dealing with its fair share of rain…however, it hasn’t been very cold.
Some say today is the first day of fall, however, according to Environment Canada that actually happens on September 1st.
Today is actually the Fall Equinox, which means the days will become shorter and the nights longer until the winter solstice in December.
According to the Farmers Almanac, we will see sunny warmer temperatures until September 30th. However, as we roll into October, that’s when things will start to cool down.
