RCMP responded to 3 incidents with Vaccine Passports
PRINCE GEORGE– Vaccine Passports have been in effect for just over a week now and although the City of Prince George has had to adapt, there are still some issues that have arisen.
Over the past week, Prince George RCMP has received multiple calls regarding vaccine passports and rules not being followed. Two incidents were a result of having too many people in a space, however, a quick call sorted those situations out. One situation that escalated and received some pushback happened at a local gym.
Buskers Diner a local business here in Prince George has also been affected by the passports. The diner is seeing fewer people attending events like Karaoke Saturdays as well as getting more takeout orders than before. However, the rock-themed diner hopes things will pick up as more people figure out the system and get used to the passports.
