Meteorologist says “Spring might sputter until May” here in Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE– With our wacky winter weather coming to a close some might wonder what’s in store with spring around the corner. Some less than exciting news as the Weather Network is predicting a temperature roller-coaster in the next few weeks here in Prince George. We’ll see glimpses of spring-like conditions however March and April will look more like a transitional period from winter to spring.

Tyler Hamilton a Meteorologist, for The Weather Network, believes the Spring weather might sputter until May and ask people to be patient with the warm weather since we live in a colder climate. He also mentions that the winter Prince George and most of Northern BC experienced was very odd with temperatures changing on a dime.
