PRINCE GEORGE- It’s been a long wait, but the Prince George Symphony Orchestra is back with their annual Chirstmas Concert. This will be the first performance of it’s kind in three years, and this time the PGSO is promising all the same familiar fun, but with a slightly different format. For more than 50 years The Prince George Symphony Orchestra has been showcasing local talent alongside international savants, over the years becoming a real point of pride for the local arts community.

It’s my understanding PGSO is the northernmost professional orchestra in all of canada, right here in Prince George – Eli Klasner Executive Director, PG Community Arts Council

These sorts of events wouldn’t be possible in the north without the dedicated support of the local community, and of course flocks of adoring fans who keep come back in droves to catch the show, year after year. The concert takes the stage 2pm at Vanier Hall on December 18th, tickets are available at the box office on 15th avenue, behind studio 2880.
