Prince George Council of Seniors moves to new location on 5th Avenue

PRINCE GEORGE – The Prince George Council of Seniors has finally christened their new headquarters on 5th avenue, and Mayor Simon Yu was all smiles wednesday afternoon as he cut the ribbon at the centre’s official opening.

The new Senior’s centre brings the multitude of services offered by the Council of Seniors all under one roof, making it easier for the centre to operate as a one stop shop for all the needs of the cities seniors. With the addition of some much needed space in the form of new board rooms and offices, the new HQ on 5th avenue means the organization is now has what it needs to facilitate meetings with specialized service provinces, in-house.
