UNBC names its 2023 Valedictorian

PRINCE GEORGE – Reuben Mann will be receiving a Master of Business Administration degree from UNBC on May 26. Mann is currently the head of marketing for Kelowna-based aerospace company SKYTRAC and believes the MBA has helped him take a step forward in his career.

“I hadn’t really received the theory and the application of what the business environment really is like. So it was always a big question mark to me, ‘what am I missing that I didn’t learn in undergraduate?’ So that’s why I decided to take the MBA program,” he explained.

Mann took the first year of his undergraduate degree at UNBC in 2011, before graduating from UBC in 2016. He now hopes to apply his new knowledge and experience on his current job, but also give it back to the community.
