Civic Plaza’s dazzling light tradition shines bright with 28th annual spectacle and community support

PRINCE GEORGE – The Civic Plaza light has been a holiday tradition for many years. With the community’s support and the magical touch of a lighting expert, the display left many pausing to bask in the holiday spirit.

This year’s 28th annual Civic Plaza Light Up took over 40 hours of work to place and focus the thousands of lights for the Wednesday evening event.

Lights were almost everywhere at the plaza, some high along the edge of the buildings, in some trees and beams.
