Okanagan bloodbath: Vees dominate Spruce Kings in Penticton Saturday

PENTICTON, B.C. — The Penticton Vees were ungracious hosts Saturday night (Feb. 10), trouncing the visiting Prince George Spruce Kings 8-0 in B.C. Hockey League action.

The Vees received goals from seven different players, with Callum Arnott the only Vee to light the lamp twice. Billy Renfrew had four assists.

Penticton (28-7-2-2) outshot Prince George 44-10, holding the Spruce Kings without a single shot in the second period.

PG goalie Charlie Zolin made 36 saves against the onslaught, while Will Ingemann stopped all 10 Spruce King shots in the Penticton goal.
