The PG Humane Society has a large lapdog available for adoption

PRINCE GEORGE—the Prince George Humane Society on Landsdowne road has a bunch of pups in need of new homes. One such pup is Lilly.

Lilly is an incredibly social dog who gets super excited to meet new people. While she loves going for long walks and playing with outher dogs, she is also a giant couch potato who loves to cuddle.

This cuddly behaviour does mean that this mastiff mix will try to get on your lap. The Humane Society has been training manners but if you adopt Lilly they do have some advice.

“We had a lot of trouble with her jumping up on people,” says Piper James, an animal care attendant. “She’s very food motivated. And so, redirecting that energy with treats is very effective.”
