Testing out the Salvation Army’s new community kitchen for local groups and entrepreneurs

The Salvation Army is opening the doors to its new community kitchen in Prince George, creating a space designed to support local organizations, businesses and community groups. The commercial-style kitchen is available for rent and can be used by groups that need access to a certified food preparation space. Organizers say the facility is intended to help support everything from community meals and fundraising initiatives to small food-based businesses and special events.
