2020 Brier Bid Announcement Expected For Thursday

PRINCE GEORGE — It could be an exciting day for local curlers Thursday, as Curling Canada is expected to announce who’s hosting the 2020 Brier.

Tourism Prince George says, representatives from the City of Prince George, Tourism PG, and the local organizing committee will be gathering in the main foyer at the CN Centre at 9:30 am PST.

The City’s bid to host the Brier was submitted on June 30th. Residents were able to purchase ticket deposits for $20.20.
