Morning House Fire On Oak Street

PRINCE GEORGE – A late morning house fire is now under control with no injuries reported.

Fire crews arrived at the home on the 2300 block of Oak Street around 11 am this morning. They found the fire coming from a carport that was spreading to the home.

The family was inside but managed to escape safely.

Fire crews continue to investigate the cause of the fire.

Estimated damage by the incident is estimated to be at $75,000.
